However, products are only deliverable to Australian addresses.
You should be aware that the material that appears on our site is for informational purposes only. We strive to make the information as accurate as possible, but errors may appear. Prices & Currency
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian (AUD) dollars and are valid and effective only within Australia, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Health Tree does not ship internationally.
Pricing or Typographical / Image Errors
We work hard to provide accurate product image representation and pricing and product information. However, pricing, typographical or image errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information or out-dated photograph due to an error in pricing or product information, Health Tree shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Any faulty or damaged stock received will be replaced at no charge if Health Tree is notified within 7 days of receipt. If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Health Tree, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) will be given upon its return to the Health Tree warehouse. Products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be exchanged or a credit note can be arranged upon its arrival at the Health Tree warehouse and inspection by Health Tree staff confirm the product was returned within 7 days of delivery and has not been opened or tampered with.
Health Tree reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order if there is limited stock of a product. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided in the unlikely event that these limits be applied.
Bulk Orders & Large Quantity Orders
Health Tree encourages bulk ordering and purchasing in large quantities. We want to provide you with the best price and service. Please contact us on 1300 065 818 and ask to speak to our Outbound Sales Development staff for special offers on large volume purchases.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we can and will only issue a credit to the same credit card in the amount of the charge.
Health Tree strictly follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within Australia.
Limitations of Membership
Only one individual may access Health Tree member pages at the same time using the same username or password. Health Tree may discontinue or change Health Tree services, or its availability, at any time, and you may end your subscription at any time.
All website design, text, graphics, sound, software, and other content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Health Tree or it’s web developers and are protected by international copyright law. All rights to such materials are reserved to their respective copyright owners. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Health Tree, using this website as a shopping vehicle.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria in the Commonwealth of Australia.
- Health Tree will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party.
- We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law. When does Health Tree disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
- Health Tree does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Health Tree may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Health Tree, our users, or others.
We may disclose your personal information if law requires us to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account. The use of your name, address and telephone number will be required to be displayed on all deliveries to facilitate efficient delivery by freight companies.
How does Health Tree protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access. Please note that credit card details are not stored online for more than the duration of a transaction.
What about Cookies?
Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to log in once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. You will need cookies enabled to use the Health Tree web site.

Important Postage Information
** Shipping is calculated on Australia Post prices and requires your postcode for a corresponding calculation. Shipping will be displayed on the checkout screen once you have logged in / registered with Health Tree or completed your PayPal login. If you have a shipping related enquiry please contact our friendly staff 1300 451 350.
Important Delivery Information
The staff at Health Tree work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order, however your choice of freight service will impact on delivery times.
Our Premium Courier Service is subject to normal Fastway Delivery times. Fastway is a Premium Courier Service that is best suited to Street Addresses and Places of Work delivery. Please note that someone will be required to sign for delivery, or the parcel cannot be left. Premium Courier service is charged at a similar cost to standard delivery options, however Fastway Service is the quickest option. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to most Capital Cities.
If FASTWAY delivery is not suitable, please make a note in the customer notes field for Australia Post delivery.
Standard delivery is subject to normal Australia Post Delivery times. This is best suited for PO Box addresses and where the delivery is not required urgently. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to rural locations or Western states.
Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays or industrial action experienced by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. While Health Tree will always endeavour to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, these delays may be beyond our control.
