This gluten free, vegan dish has no sugar and is made with healthy ingredients, but it is also extremely satisfying for the most diehard cherry ripe lovers.

It will take you 30 minutes to make. This treat needs about 10-15 minutes of cooldown time. You will have to soak some ingredients for four hours, and it makes 10-12 servings.

What You’ll Need for the Base:

  • 10 pitted dates, left to soak for four hours
  • A quarter cup of sunflower seeds
  • A quarter cup of flax seeds
  • Two tablespoons of cacao powder
  • One tablespoon of mace powder
  • A quarter teaspoon of vanilla bean powder
For the filling, you will need the following:

  • Three quarters of a cup of coconut oil
  • A cup of desiccated coconut
  • A quarter cup of frozen cherries
  • One tablespoon of coconut nectar
For the topping, use these ingredients:

  • A quarter cup of coconut nectar
  • Half a cup of raw cacao powder
  • Half a cup of melted coconut oil
  • A dash of vanilla bean powder
  • A dash of pink salt
    How to Make It

  • Mix all the base ingredients together on the blend setting in food processer. The ingredients should form a ball.
  • Press your mixture down onto a lined pan and place in the refrigerator.
  • For the filling, put all your ingredients into a food processer until they are fully combined. You use this as the second layer of your slice. Press it down over the base and then put the slice back in the fridge.
  • For the topping, mix together all your ingredients and use them as the third layer.
  • Once you have all three layers on the pan, put your pan back in the fridge and leave it there for a couple of minutes before you slice it into pieces.
