Directions for use: Your favourite chicken or fish will absorb the flavour and heat of our marinades in a dish for 5 – 10 mins prior to cooking (or as long as you’ve got). For best results, marinate overnight. Then BBQ, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart’s content. One bottle (250ml) is enough to marinate one whole chicken.
