You may be tempted to grab a snack when you are in a hurry or sometime in between meals when you get a bit hungry. That can be a quick way to ruin a diet, so we have put together a list of foods that are healthy, have little sugar and serve as great snacks for anytime.

You may need to prepare ahead to ensure that these are available when you are ready for a snack, but your diet and waistline will thank you.

Kale Chips

You may have heard of these chips that come from the kale plant. They are packed with minerals and vitamins and they are excellent for your eye health. You’ll find they are a lot healthier than potato chips, and they make a great snack anytime.

Activated Nuts

Activated nuts means that the nutrient levels in these have been boosted. It makes it easier for your digestive system to process them and glean all the nutrients out of them.
